Style and posture: Superbly casted Mandalay Buddha in Bhumisparsha posture. The Mandalay style or Yadanaporn style was created in the mid 19th century by King Mindun. Its a really delicate style with a fallin drapery that is famous all around the world today for his highly decorative aspect. This style remains the most popular today in Myanmar.
